Procession Route

The procession will begin at St. Mary Cathedral, departing after a brief blessing and remarks scheduled for 9:00 a.m. For those who arrive at the Cathedral early, there will be water and lite snacks available.

The procession will occupy one lane of Michigan Avenue and then continue south on Harrison Road to the Breslin Center. All those we encounter along this almost-four-mile route will have the opportunity to adore the Lord and witness the public profession and beauty of our Catholic faith.

Procession Parking and Shuttle Service

We encourage participants in the Eucharistic Procession to park in the designated lots at the Breslin Center (where the afternoon Assembly Gathering and Mass will take place) and use the free shuttle bus transportation provided to St. Mary Cathedral and Church of the Resurrection.

There will be a $10.00 charge for cars parking in the lots at the Breslin Center and $40 for busses (in the event your parish organizes bussing).
Refer to Breslin Parking Map

Buses from the Breslin Center will start shuttling processors at 7:00 a.m. from the Breslin Center and will make their final drop off at around 9:30 a.m. After 9:30 a.m., the shuttle service will begin dropping off at the procession’s halfway point, which is at the Church of the Resurrection on Michigan Avenue.

Seating on the shuttle buses will be limited, so please plan ahead to come early and join us as we process through the heart of Lansing.

**Parish buses must drop off all attendees at the Breslin Center. Those wishing to participate in the procession must take a shuttle from the Breslin Center to the Cathedral or to the Church of the Resurrection. There will be no space at the Cathedral for parish buses to drop off attendees.
