Telling your story can be a challenge. Join the team from Our Sunday Vistor (OSV) to learn ways on how to brand your mission driven message, improve communications, grow offertory, increase the number of volunteers in your ministries and foster a vibrant parish community. Presenters: Alex Arana & Michelle Ostrowski

Alex Arana

Alex has served over 10 years in the area of technology with companies such as INCOMM, Konica Minolta, and Skai Distribution.  He proudly joined Our Sunday Visitor (OSV) in 2015 and is excited to be a part of a dynamic organization that helps the Catholic Church community spread the Gospel message in new, fresh, and relevant ways.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Redlands, CA.  Alex spends his days helping parishes with increased offertory programs, beautiful websites, Catholic Mobile Apps, along with online giving for donations.  These platforms offer a fantastic way for each Church to tell their unique stories and engage with the community.

Michelle Ostrowski

Michelle has been with Our Sunday Visitor’s (OSV) Electronic Division for two years. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Public Relations & Marketing from California State University Fullerton. At OSV she demonstrates and trains churches on Websites, Online Giving, and Apps through live Webinars, parish visits, and screen sharing. She is grateful to be able to finally meet the customers she had been dedicated to for the past two years.

Hear from the Director of Stewardship & Special Projects Director for the Diocese of Green Bay, on tips for successful and ongoing stewardship formation in the parish.

Presenter: Mary Ann Otto

Mary Ann currently serves as the stewardship and special projects director for the Diocese of Green Bay, Wisconsin. She assists parish leaders in stewardship formation and has authored numerous articles as well as the six-week small group resource, Be Not Afraid – How to Follow Christ. A frequent presenter at the annual conference of the International Catholic Stewardship Council (ICSC), Mary Ann also serves as the Region VII representative on the ICSC Board of Directors. She holds a master’s degree in theological studies, along with degrees in English and Sociology. Her and her husband Jeff are proud parents of five children and eight grandchildren.

Fr. Andrew Kemberling

This year’s Stewardship Day features a keynote presentation by Fr. Andrew Kemberling, chairman of the board for the International Catholic Stewardship Council (ICSC). Fr. Kemberling has been a board member of ICSC since 2012. He co-authored the book, “Making Stewardship a Way of Life: A Complete Guide for Catholic Parishes,” which has been distributed in the U.S. and internationally.Fr. Kemberling has been a priest of the Archdiocese of Denver since 2002. He is presently pastor of St. Vincent de Paul parish in Colorado’s capital city. He is also a dean of the Southeast Denver Deanery of the Archdiocese of Denver, a board member of the Colorado Family Action and Divine Mercy Hospice, and president of the Colorado Chapter of the Patrons of the Arts of the Vatican Museum. Prior to his current parish assignment, Fr. Kemberling served as pastor at St. Thomas More parish in Centennial, Colorado. There, he introduced a stewardship initiative which sparked a remarkable spirit of giving among parishioners. Their efforts were honored with the prestigious Archbishop Thomas J. Murphy award from ICSC in 2007.
