Marc Cardaronella is director of the Office of Discipleship and Faith Formation for the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph, Missouri. He graduated from Franciscan University with a master’s degree in theology and catechetics and served for 12 years as a parish director of religious education. Marc is the author of Keep Your Kids Catholic: Sharing Your Faith and Making It Stick from Ave Maria Press. His articles have appeared in CATECHIST, The Catechetical Review, and numerous websites including Amazing Catechist, CatholicMom.com, The Big Pulpit, and National Catholic Register. Marc writes about evangelization, catechesis, and faith-parenting on his personal blog, MarcCardaronella.com.

Lucas Pollice is the director of the MA in leadership for the new evangelization degree and associate professor of theology and catechetics for the Augustine Institute. He had previously served as the director of Catechesis for the Diocese of Fort Worth, Texas. Lucas has been involved in full-time parish and diocesan catechetical ministry since 1999. He is the author of Open Wide the Doors to Christ: Discovering Catholicism and has helped develop Symbolon: The Catholic Faith Explained, Beloved and other catechetical series produced by the Augustine Institute. Lucas and his wife, Mary, have six children and live in Colorado.

Marlon De La Torre is the current department director of Evangelization and Catechesis for the Diocese of Fort Worth. For over 20 years, he has ministered as a professor of catechetics for Seminary and Deaconate Formation with Catholic Distance University, a parish/diocesan DRE, Catholic high school principal (Diocese of Memphis), and superintendent of Catholic schools (Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph). The author of Screwtape Teaches the Faith, he has been published with knowingisdoing.org, catholicmom.com, The Sower, New Advent.org, and EWTN Live. He holds an MA in theology and catechesis from Franciscan University and an MEd from the University of Saint Mary and is a PhD candidate at The University of Notre Dame-Australia. He and his wife, Amy, have four children, Miguel, Gabriella, Maria, and Gianna.

André Regnier, is co-founder, along with his wife Angèle, of Catholic Christian Outreach, a university student movement. The author of Catholic Missionary Identity and Five Tenets to Renew the World, André has led missions to the Philippines, Poland, and Uganda and has helped establish an ongoing CCO presence in Uganda. In 2016, André and Angèle led a team of CCO staff to World Youth Day in Krakow where, working with the International Centre for Evangelization, they shared one million copies of The Ultimate Relationship booklet in 10 different languages. André hopes to have CCO work beyond campuses in Canada to build up Catholic leaders in the renewal of the world. In 2015, André and Angèle received the Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice Medal for distinguished service to the Church, the highest medal awarded to the laity by the pope.

Ken Ogorek is the archdiocesan catechetical director in Indianapolis and a consultant with the Evangelium Consulting Group (evangeliumconsulting.com). After earning a master’s degree from the Pontifical Center for Catechetical Studies, Ken taught high school religion, then served as assistant diocesan catechetical director in Pittsburgh for 10 years before returning to his native Hoosier state in 2007. With his bride of 25-plus years and their children, Ken is a parishioner at St. Pius X in Indianapolis. His efforts were recently acknowledged by his peers when they elected him to a term as president of the National Conference for Catechetical Leadership.

Dr. James Pauley is a professor of theology and catechetics at Franciscan University. He has just published his first book, Liturgical Catechesis in the 21st Century: A School of Discipleship (LTP Press). In 2014, Dr. Pauley was appointed founding editor of The Catechetical Review, Franciscan University’s journal dedicated to the new evangelization. Dr. Pauley began working as a parish catechetical leader in 1989 and has served professionally in parish, diocesan, and university catechetical formation for 28 years. He is a frequent speaker in dioceses and parishes nationwide. James is married to Katrina, and they are blessed with three daughters.

Sister M. Johanna Paruch, FSGM, a member of the Sisters of St. Francis of the Martyr St. George, holds a BA in theology and elementary education from St. Louis University, a pontifical catechetical diploma, an MA in religious education from the Angelicum, and a PhD in theology from Maryvale Institute, Birmingham, England. Sister Johanna has been involved in religious education for over 40 years. She currently serves as an associate professor of theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville, specializing in catechetics. Her first publication, Mentors in the New Evangelization: Catechetical Saints of North America, became available in 2013.

Dr. Joseph White is a child and family psychologist and national catechetical consultant for Our Sunday Visitor Publishing and Curriculum. He has worked as a parish catechetical leader and spent seven years as director of Family Counseling and Family Life in the Diocese of Austin. A frequent guest on Catholic television and radio, Dr. White is the author of 10 books and numerous articles on catechesis and ministry, and he co-authored the Allelu and Alive in Christ catechetical series.

He currently works as director of Religious Formation for a large parish in Overland Park, Kansas. His passion is catechist formation and curriculum development.

Gary Norris has led RCIA teams for the past 25 years in the Archdiocese of Denver, the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend, and the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. He studied theology and catechetics at the Maryvale Institute and has certification in RCIA from the St. John Bosco Conference. Gary is a currently the chairman of the Association of Catechumenal Ministry and serves ACM as a presenter for team training and catechist training. Gary works with his wife, Patty, together coordinating the St. John Bosco RCIA track for the past 10 years. They have 6 children and 11 grandchildren.
