Discipleship is a lifelong and ongoing process of growth in Jesus Christ. In ministry, reaping the “harvest” of discipleship does not simply happen because a Church exists and people show up. It is the result of an intentional  and unique process of cultivation and care in the lives of those whom we are ministering to. During this presentation, Julianne will introduce participants to several practical and creative strategies of how to form and cultivate the soil of discipleship so that harvest time can be an abundant one!
