Presenter: Jeff Niebling

Jeff is the principal of the Ng & Niebling, LLLC estate planning firm located in Kaimuki. Jeff’s practice includes advising clients as to all areas of estate planning, from basic wills and trusts to more sophisticated planning such as generation-skipping dynasty trusts, qualified domestic trusts, charitable gifts, and family limited partnership planning. Jeff also provides counsel to individual and corporate fiduciaries and represents clients in contested probate and trust proceedings. Jeff is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a court appointed member of the Hawaii Judiciary’s Committee on Uniform Probate Code and Probate Court Practices. Jeff holds Martindale Hubbell’s Peer Review Rating of AV (highest level of professional excellence) and was recently listed as one of Best Lawyers in Hawai’i in Honolulu Magazine’s December 2016 issue. Jeff also serves on the Stewardship and Finance Committees and is the Chair of the Early Learning Center School Board at Mary, Star of the Sea.
