WHEN TO ARRIVE: Check in will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 28, and continue until 4 p.m. The location will be the Hemmingson Center on Gonzaga’s campus, under the rotunda. When you arrive, there will be two stations: Dorm Check In and Registration Check In. Be prepared to sign off on all the dorm keys for your group. (When you return them, you will have to account for each one.) Packets and water bottles will be dispensed at Registration Check In. This is also where you will turn in your signed Codes of Conduct, pay any outstanding balances, etc. Once you’ve checked in, you can drop bags off in the dorm rooms, relax a bit, and report back to the Hemmingson Center, where the COG (cafeteria) is now located, at your assigned dinner time.
RED and BLUE will start at 4:30, YELLOW and GREEN will start at 5:15.
If you arrive after check in has closed, your dorm keys will be available at Coughlin Hall, and your Group Leader Packet will be available at the Information Desk in the lobby of the Spokane Convention Center.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Bedding/sleeping bag (It will be hot, so lightweight is perfect) and pillow
- Toiletries (including hand towel and soap for bathroom sinks and a bath towel)
- Flip-flops for the shower floor (and to kneel on during Adoration!)
- Flashlight (if you are planning on walking between the dorms and conference venue)
- Journal, Bible, etc
- Frisbee, ball, etc. (for free time in the park)
- Spending money (for the bookstore, pizza at night, etc.)
- Small fan (The dorms can get HOT during summer weather—check the forecast!)
