The Apostolate of Family Life: Evangelizing within our Homes

We are called by God to love and serve those closest to us, beginning with those in our own homes. Learn how the Catholic Church’s liturgical calendar and your own dinner table can be the foundation for a deeply lived family faith and strong family culture. Warning: there will be feast day food puns.

Amanda Zurface (Spruce, Pine, Oak & Maple Rooms)

Proclaiming God’s Glory to Children in a Pornographic Culture

The earth is filled with the glory of God. God’s deeds are wondrous and are to be proclaimed to every nation and people. This includes his designs and will for man and woman. God has created us for more—more beauty, more virtue, to share more and more in God’s glory. A life that includes pornography offers less and less—less beauty, less virtue, less glory, less freedom. God desires us to truly know we are made for more and to then pass this knowledge and understanding onto our children. Here you will learn how to confidently guide your children to say no to porn and at the same time form them in a better understanding of God’s glory and designs for them to pass onto their peers.

No Greater Love

Christ’s Passion is the climax of the Christian story, what St. John Paul II once called the fullest revelation of God’s love for us. It is also the fullest revelation of what we’re called to in marriage, within our families, in the workplace, in our parishes, and in the wider community. How do we conform our daily lives to the cross? Learn how to find your life’s story in Christ’s story.
