Bus Drivers
Please use the address: 1346 Saratoga Drive, San Mateo, CA 94403 when driving to the Event Center. This is the only parking lot at which buses are permitted to pick up and drop off.
Arrival and Check In
Registration is from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and is located in the Fiesta Hall Foyer. Please only send a group leader an/or a chaperone for aiding in registration. All groups should have submitted their teens’ registration to Life Teen by now. If you have any changes, please bring them with you to registration. In order to expedite this process, we will have wristbands divided by colors (chaperone and participant).
Jason Evert
Jason Evert has spoken about the virtue of chastity to more than one million students on six continents. He is the author of more than 10 books, including How to Find Your Soulmate Without Losing Your Soul and the curriculum YOU: Life, Love, and the Theology of the Body. Jason has a master’s degree in theology and an undergraduate degree in theology and counseling, with a minor in philosophy, from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He lives with his wife, Crystalina, and their children in Arizona.
Responsibilites
Please ensure the safety and participation of your teenagers throughout this weekend. You are the first point of contact for your teenagers, and we are here to help you in becoming the best minister to them. More details of the group leaders responsibilities will be emailed a few weeks before the conference and discussed at the Group Leader Meeting on Friday of the conference.
Rules and Regulations
The San Mateo Event Center hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Groups will not be allowed within the gates except during those hours. All participants are to vacate the premises by 10:30 p.m. Thank you for your cooperation.
Other events may be taking place during Steubenville NorCal in other buildings and venues. Participants are not encouraged to attend the other events taking place as other guests will not be joining the Steubenville Conference either.

Sunday: 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m., noon to 1 p.m.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited for any minor under the age of 18. This includes vaping, inhaling, or fogging. Adults are permitted to smoke in the designated smoking areas clearly marked by signage. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue and/or the conference.
First Aid/Lost & Found
First Aid
For all medical needs, please go to the First-Aid Station located in Fiesta Hall or call Mary Dela Hunty at 415-497-6874. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Youth requiring first aid must be accompanied by an adult. Medication requiring refrigeration should be checked in with the nursing staff.
Lost & Found
Lost & Found is located in Fiesta Hall North Foyer. If you realize after the conference that you lost something, please email Steubenvillenorcal@lifeteen.com within two weeks to claim your items.
