Franciscan LEAD participants MUST be picked up by the group leader or an adult chaperone NO LATER than 4 p.m. to join their group for the weekend. They will be in the racquetball courts, near Tarble Lobby.

Bus drivers will be directed by Carthage Security as to when/where to go. Loading and unloading will take place in front of Tarble Lobby, in Lot A of Carthage. There is no overnight bus parking on Carthage Campus.

Private Vehicles – Park in Lot A.

Except for designated outside areas, all conference venues are smoke-free facilities. During the sessions we ask all participants, including adult chaperones, to refrain from smoking.

The Marketplace is located in Field House B. The sale and distribution of any items is strictly prohibited without the permission of the conference director.
