Dress Code/Wristbands

Dress Code
All participants, including adults, are expected to dress appropriately in modest attire.
Low-cut tops, mini skirts, short shorts, or clothing with offensive language or obscene pictures is not permitted.

Friday DINNER:
Red & Green: 4:00-4:50pm
Orange & Blue: 4:50-5:40pm

Saturday LUNCH:
Orange & Blue: 12:15-1:05pm
Red & Green: 1:05-1:55pm

Saturday DINNER:
Orange & Blue: 4:45-5:35pm
Red & Green: 5:35-6:25pm

 

Pete Burds

Ever since his awakening to Catholicism through a youth ministry program, Pete Burds has used his five loaves and two fish for the sake of building the kingdom. Through storytelling, retreats, and leading worship, he has proclaimed the freedom found in Christ to thousands. He currently serves as the director of Young Adult Ministry (Brew City Catholic) for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Pete is a wanna-be philosopher, has a mild obsession with the band Switchfoot, and because of Christ, finds himself living a life greater than he could have dreamed. He and his family live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Rules and Regulations

Maintain a Christ-Centered atmosphere. Treat others with respect and kindness. Keep one another safe at all times.

Teens are expected to remain present for every session. If it becomes necessary to leave, teens must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Smoking Policy

Except for designated outside areas, all conference venues are smoke-free facilities. During the conference, we ask all participants, including adult chaperones, to refrain from smoking. The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during the weekend.

Wristbands

Wristbands received at registration must be worn at all times by every person on site. If a wristband is damaged,a youth minister must bring the damaged wristband to Volunteer Central, located in Cochise Hall directly behind Centennial Hall.

Paul J. Kim

Paul J. Kim is an international speaker and beatboxer. He has presented in 44 states and four countries, sharing his hope in Christ through music, motivational talks, and comedy. He has released two music albums, his videos on YouTube have accumulated over a million views, and he presents to 40,000 people a year at events throughout the world. His background includes work as a missionary, youth minister, and a marriage and family therapy therapist. Paul lives in Southern California with his wife, Maggie, and two children, Audrey and Aiden.

Lost & Found

Lost & Found is located in the lobby of Centennial Hall.  All items need to be picked up by Sunday, no later than 12:15pm.  Any items left after 12:15 p.m. can be obtained by contacting the Life Teen Mesa Office the week following Steubenville West.  Life Teen-Mesa can be reached at 480-820-7001.

Jackie Francois Angel

Jackie Francois Angel is a speaker, worship leader, and author from Orange County, California. In 2006, she was signed to SpiritandSong.com, a division of OCP, and debuted her first album, Your Kingdom is Glorious, in 2008. Along with being a blogger and webcast host, Jackie travels around the world preaching, singing, sampling the local cuisine, and attempting to make people laugh. Her sophomore album, Divine Comedy, was released in 2012. In 2013, Jackie married Bobby Angel, who shares her passion for Jesus, coffee, and superhero movies. They reside in Anaheim with their three young children.

First Aid
First Aid is located at the ENR2 Building on the 1st Floor as well as in Centennial Hall during all main sessions.  During after hours, if first aid is needed, please call Priscilla Tucker at 480-861-8955
