Accommodations- UOIT Residences- http://www.uoitrez.ca/:
-
- All registrants (participants and chaperones) will be assigned in a suite within a residence of UOIT located right on campus.
- Each suite contains two double beds, a kitchenette and living area, and a comfortable three-piece bathroom.
- Room assignments will be based on gender and group.
- Parish groups will also be able to use many of the lounges in the residence buildings as
meeting spaces for small group discussion, prayer, or just to hang out and socialize. - Please note: There are two double beds per room (bedding provided). There will be four people assigned to each room. Two students (and potentially chaperones) will be sharing one bed. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, you can bring your own sleeping bag, air mattress, and pillow.
- Based on conference and group size there is a possibility of a fifth or sixth participant being added to a room. If this is necessary, you will receive a phone call and/or e-mail two weeks prior to the conference, informing you to bring bedding.
- Room Assignment Worksheet– Approximately two to three weeks before the conference you will receive an email with your group’s rooms. You will be required to reply (by July 3) to this email, inserting the names of the participants you will assign to each room. It is mandatory that we receive this information, as it is required by UOIT prior to arrival.
