Check In & Check Out

Group check in is at Shirreff Hall (6385 South St) on Friday from 1 to 6 p.m. At check in you’ll receive room assignments, room keys, and lanyards for your entire group. You will not receive water bottles for your group; these will be in each participant’s room. You’ll also receive important information about the weekend and have an opportunity to ask any last-minute questions.

Check out is 1 p.m. on Sunday. We ask that group leaders collect keys from all participants in their group and return them to the residence front desk by noon. Return the keys along with the group list that you signed and received when you checked in on Friday. Please return your group’s keys together rather than asking participants to drop their own keys off individually. When the keys are returned individually it is more likely that mistakes will be made in accounting for them, and therefore that groups may be charged in error for lost keys.
